Verity turns invoice PDFs into structured, reviewable Excel data — without turning the process into another tedious task.

Built by Gearbound, Verity is a desktop utility designed to extract invoice information, validate it, let you review and edit the results, and export everything into a clean Excel workbook.

Meet Iris

Verity isn't designed to feel like a lifeless file converter. Iris accompanies the experience, providing feedback and giving Verity its own identity as the product evolves.

Alpha 0.1

This is Verity's first public Alpha release.

The purpose of this release is to test Verity with real-world invoice formats, discover edge cases, gather feedback and improve the extraction and validation systems.

Current limitation: Verity Alpha 0.1 is designed for PDFs containing digital text. Scanned/image-only invoices are not currently supported.

Because this is an Alpha build, extraction results should always be reviewed before being used in important workflows.

Verity Alpha 0.1 is an early testing release, and your feedback is extremely valuable to us.

If you encounter a bug, unexpected behavior, extraction error, or an invoice format that Verity does not handle correctly, please report it to:

When possible, please include a brief description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and any relevant screenshots or details that may help us reproduce the issue.

Bug reports will help us identify edge cases, improve compatibility, and make future versions of Verity more reliable.

General feedback and suggestions are also welcome.

Alpha availability

This Alpha build is time-limited and is scheduled to remain operational through October 1, 2026.

Future versions may introduce expanded document support, improved extraction, additional validation capabilities and further refinements to the Verity experience.
